Fraser Heath Mortgage Services Ltd are part of the Fraser Heath family and specialise in providing an independent, whole of market advice and transaction service for our clients.

 

Our adviser, Shaun Smith has over 30 years’ experience. The practice is supported by Becky Smith and Karen Hillier and has over 1,000 satisfied clients, most of whom have returned to us more than once.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate it will be £399 per mortgage account.
